Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, Ascend Hotel Collection Muskegon, Muskegon

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located near the downtown area, making it quiet and peaceful. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect for enjoying sunsets and close to great dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory, although some improvements could be made. Overall, a great value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with a separate sitting area, a Keurig, fridge, and microwave, although there was a slight issue with the room servicing not being done as expected. The service was exceptional, with the staff being helpful and accommodating, although there was a minor inconvenience regarding the pool closure. The location was excellent, near attractions like the beach, shopping areas, and dining options. The dining experience fell a bit short compared to expectations, especially with the limited breakfast options. The facilities were adequate and met my needs during my stay.

The hotel is truly awesome, right on Muskegon Lake, overlooking a marina, and adjacent to The Lake House Waterfront Grille. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but could use some modernization for the price. The service is top-notch, though there were some hiccups with room allocation. The location is fantastic for downtown and the park, but there were issues with the bar service. The dining options varied from a great selection to some disappointing offerings. The facilities are convenient for various needs.
